1. Introduction
Welcome to GhostGum Tees! GhostGum Tees operates as part of GhostGum Creative (ABN 37 319 393 154). References to ‘we,’ ‘our,’ and ‘us’ in this policy refer to GhostGum Creative, trading under the brand GhostGum Tees. By accessing our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Print-on-Demand & Order Fulfillment
Our products are made to order through Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service. This means:

• Orders are fulfilled by Printify’s network of print providers.

• Production times may vary based on demand, location, and availability.

• Because items are printed on demand, we do not hold inventory and cannot offer exchanges for different sizes or colors once an order is placed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times depend on the print provider’s location and the destination. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout.

• Once an order is placed, we cannot modify shipping addresses or order details.

• GhostGum Tees is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We strive for quality, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle it:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll work with Printify to offer a replacement or refund.

• Wrong or Misprinted Orders: If you receive the wrong item or there’s a printing issue, we’ll arrange a replacement.

• No Returns for Change of Mind: Since all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference changes. Please refer to our sizing guides before purchasing.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this, the production process begins, and changes may not be possible.

• If you need to request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please contact us immediately.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on our website belong to GhostGum Tees. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
GhostGum Tees is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll send the correct one at no additional cost.

3. No Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing
Since all our items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges or if you change your mind. Please check our size guide before ordering.

4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
