That means your tee is created especially for you once your order is placed.

This approach helps us avoid overproduction and keeps things simple as a small independent brand.

Making Your Tee

Orders are usually made and prepared within 4–7 business days before shipping.

Sometimes it can take a little longer if stock needs to be sourced or during busy periods, but we always work to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Australia: 5–10 business days
United States: 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

If Something Goes Wrong

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo of the issue and we’ll organise a replacement.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of shipping, please get in touch and we’ll help sort it out.

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

30 Day Tee Guarantee — Easy Exchanges & Store Credit Returns

All products come with our GhostGum Tees Guarantee.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can exchange or return your item for store credit within 30 days — free of charge.

To begin a return, please use the contact form on our homepage. Once your return is approved, you will be asked to post the item back to us. When we receive it, we will issue store credit equal to the value of your order.

Please ensure items returned for exchange are unworn and unwashed.
If the size feels slightly large, keep in mind our shirts are 100% cotton and may shrink by up to half a size after a few washes.

Keep your tee looking good, wear after wear:

• Cold wash only

• Turn inside out to protect the print

• Use a gentle detergent

• Wash separately on the first run (garment-dyed colours can bleed)

• Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results

We use AS Colour and Comfort Colors — solid, well-made tees from suppliers putting real effort into better cotton, safer dyes, and more responsible production.
